Additions, accessibility, and code modifications to existing building.

Town Hall, Randolph, Ohio
Renovation of pre-Civil War structure. Originally built as a congregational church, this building had structural damage to the floor and historically inappropriate interior remodeling (aka “remuddling”). Building floor structure was reinforced, new mechanical and plumbing systems installed. Main floor has completely recreated interior, including a restored dome.  Restroom and warming kitchen facilities were added. (Before and After images at right.)

We have done a wide variety of small-sized commercial work. Most projects required modifications and additions to existing buildings. Projects include offices, breweries, retail space, churches, event spaces, and a jewelry store.
